At RestorePontoon.com, our 80MIL Complete Pontoon Boat Plywood Kits Include everything you need to re-deck your pontoon boat! What you are using in our replacement pontoon deck kits are the same products used by today's Pontoon Boat Manufacturers!

Our Pontoon Decking Kits are very easy to install.
1. Remove Old Marine Plywood
2. Cut Deck Joint Tape in 8' sections and place deck tape across your aluminum cross channels. We recommend doing only the aluminum cross channels where two pieces of plywood join together. Our Deck Joint Tape will prevent water from seeping up from underneath the deck and getting the boat carpet wet.
3. Next, secure your Marine Plywood with either Deck Screws or Deck Bolts to the pontoon boat cross channels. You will want to space the hardware approx 12" - 16" apart.
4. Brush off any debris before applying your marine adhesive with a medium nap paint roller. After you apply & spread the vinyl flooring glue onto your deck in 3' - 4' sections, roll your vinyl flooring out over the adhesive, and continue to work your way down your boat deck.
5. You will want to use a roller or heavy rolling object and press firmly the carpet & glue onto the new pontoon deck. Depending on weather conditions & humidity, please allow 24 - 48 hrs to dry.

(1) 8.5 W x 25' L Roll of 80MIL Roll of Vinyl Flooring
3 Gallons Vinyl Carpet Adhesive
32 Fence Bolts to re-attach your pontoon fence
32 Fence Risers to help prevent mold and mildew from growing under/around pontoon fence
1 Roll of Deck Joint Tape to seal the seams under the plywood where each sheet butts together

Installation Instructions

MariDeck Marine Vinyl is designed for installations on wood, aluminum or fiberglass surfaces. The product is adhered to the surface using either MD 101 (for wood only applications) or MD 102 (for aluminum, fiberglass or wood applications) adhesive. The instructions below describe a typical installation. Read through the instructions completely prior to beginning your installations.
