Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy for defective products under warranty. All incidental and consequent damages for breach of any and all expressed or implied warranties are hereby excluded. Any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the expressed warranty.

Upon review and approval of the warranty claim, we will communicate to you a plan to resolve the issue. If this includes the return of product to the Restore Pontoon.com facility, a Return Authorization will be issued. No returns are accepted at our facility on a freight collect basis or without a return authorization number. Please do not attempt to do so. This will only cause further delays and costs.
Restore Pontoon.com may request return of defective product for repair and return at our facility. In such cases, the customer is responsible to package and return the product or part to our facility. If inspection confirms warranty is applicable, product will be repaired and returned to customer at the expense of Restore Pontoon.com. If inspection results in a rejection of the warranty claim, the customer will be contacted for instructions. If the customer requests the return of product, he or she must pay transportation expense.
Please be very careful when open your new pontoon boat seats! The use of sharp razor knifes will puncture the vinyl open opening. These cushions will not be warrantied and cannot be returned for a refund.
DeckRite LLC (MariDeck) warrants to the original retail purchaser, that the MariDeck membrane is free from defects at the time of manufacturing. We further warrant that the MariDeck membrane, installed to MariDeck published specifications, will be free from defects for a prorated period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, providing the membrane was properly installed, maintained, and used for its intended purpose. At no time during the life of this limited warranty, shall DeckRites liability exceed the original selling price of the membrane. It is specifically noted that any other components of the boat are not covered under this warranty. TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS A. Owner shall provide DeckRite with written notice of any defect in the membrane within fifteen (15) days of discovery. Should the subsequent DeckRite investigation reveal that the problem(s) were caused by something other than a defect in the membrane, the owner shall be responsible for the cost of investigation made by DeckRite. B. This warranty shall not be applicable for any damage to the membrane resulting from, but not limited to:1.Natural disaster, including but not limited to earthquakes, lighting, hail, high winds, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.2.Intentional acts, negligence, stains, scuffs, ice or snow removal, failure of Owner to use reasonable care, animals, fires, malicious mischief, vandalism, civil disobedience or improper Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) installation error.3.Settling, warping or other failure of the structure on which the membrane is attached.4.Alkaline attack, hydro static pressure or moisture from the sub floor.5.Normal wear and tear (i.e. fading, abrasion, etc.).C. This warranty shall be null and void if:1.There is a change in the use of the boat by the Owner or authorized user, which affects the membrane installation.2.The membrane is exposed to substances or chemicals which are not compatible with the membrane and have not been previously approved in writing by DeckRite. 3. Owner fails to pay the cost of investigation and repair of non-warranted problems.4.The membrane is damaged, penetrated, torn or altered in anyway .D. DeckRite has no obligation under this warranty unless:1.The bills for membrane have been paid in full to DeckRite, LLC, the OEM or dealer. 2. MariDeck agents or authorized installers are allowed access to said installation, to make inspections, during regular working hours.3.Owner has exercised reasonable care and maintenance in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer. E. It is expressly agreed that the Owners sole remedy to a defect in the membrane is replacement of the defective membrane .F. This limited warranty, issued at the office of DeckRite LLC, 3912 East Progress, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72114, and accordingly governed by Arkansas law, is not transferable. DECKRITE DOES NOT WARRANT PRODUCTS INCORPORATED OR UTILIZED IN THIS INSTALLATION, WHICH IS HAS NOT FURNISHED AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY,UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW, ARISING OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OR PERFORMANCE OF, OR DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY OR CAUSED BY, PRODUCTS NOT FURNISHED BY DECKRITE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, GIVEN BY DECKRITE, SUPERSEDES, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL EITHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS CERTIFICATE. DECKRITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DAMAGE TO THE BOAT OR ITS CONTENTS, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW. Any alteration of the product from its original condition from the manufacturer voids this warranty policy. The top speed you should go while your bimini is up is approximately 20-25 mph. Fraying will not be considered a defect from riding at higher speeds.

The Wise Company, Inc. warrants that each new seat and all accessories and equipment (except upholstery material) supplied by the Wise Company is free from defects (to be determined by exclusively by the Wise Company) in material or workmanship to the original purchaser:

JIF Marine is proud to offer high quality products. We stand behind all of our ladders and will or with you to make right any defect in materials or workmanship. This includes either a repair or replacement of the products as appropriate with a 2 year no hassle replacement. It should be noted that some components, particularly those made of rubber or plastic, will we over time and such wear and tear is not part of our warranty. Similarly, we do not cover damage done to a ladder through any misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
Schwintek Inc. warrants this product against defects for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of shipment from the company. This limited warranty shall only apply if this product has been operated and maintained in accordance with the Operators Manual furnished with the product, and has not been subject to misuse, abuse, commercial use, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water, or damage because of other peril or natural disaster. Damage resulting from the installation or use of any accessory or attachment not approved by Schwintek Inc. for use with the product(s) covered by your Operators Manual will void your warranty as to any resulting damage.
This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage in the following cases:
1. Misuse or abuse.
2. Contamination of actuators. It shall be the sole responsibility of the owner to keep dirt and debris out of the actuator assemblies.
3. Normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.
4. Service completed by someone other than an authorized service dealer.
5. Transportation charges and service calls.
This provision as set forth in this warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy arising from the sale. Schwintek Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential, or special damaged of any kind or nature whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to lost profits arising from or in any way connected with this agreement or items sold hereunder, whether alleged to arise from breach of contract, express or implied warranty, or in tort, including without limitation, negligence, failure to warn or strict liability.
Lancer Enterprises, Inc. extends a limited warranty against failure due to Ultraviolet (UV) degradation on covered floor covering products of face weight of sixteen (16) ounces or more, for marine use. Failure is defined as the degradation by UV action of the pile surface by 50% or more. This limited warranty is provided to the original retail purchaser and is for a period of two years from date of purchase. During the term of this limited warranty, if carpeting fails due to UV degradation, Lancer Enterprises, Inc. will provide, free of charge to original retail purchaser, carpeting of equal weight and color. This limited warranty does not apply to carpeting installed on stairs, athletic surfaces or other heavy traffic areas, color variation due to changes in texture, negligence, crushed pile, tracking, burns, cuts, spills, battery acid, faulty installation, or the application of faulty cleaning agents or maintenance methods. LANCER ENTERPRISES, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The sole remedy provided by this limited warranty shall be replacement of the carpet or refund of the original purchase price of carpeting. Remedies for incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of the incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
This warranty is valid in the continental United States and Canada only.
Lancer Enterprises, Inc. extends a limited warranty against failure due to defects in materials and workmanship, Ultraviolet (UV) degradation or normal wear on covered floor covering products in the Textures woven vinyl products for non-commercial use. No warranty of any kind shall exist if the product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, or physical alteration. Lancer shall not be responsible for poor/improper installation, defects caused by joint separation or other subfloor issues. In addition, this warranty shall not cover stains, including stains resulting from petro chemicals, asphalt, driveway sealers, rubber wheels or tires, or other damage resulting from improper maintenance or installation. This limited warranty is provided to the original retail purchaser of the fabric and is for a period of five years from date of receipt of merchandise. All claims must be filed within one year of occurrence, and all claims for wrong color, wrong item, or manufacturing defects must be made on un-cut, un-installed fabric within 30 days of receipt of fabric. Any claims for damage that occurred in shipping must be made at time of receipt and filed with the carrier that delivered merchandise. During the first three years of this limited warranty, if fabric fails due to UV degradation or unadulterated product failure, Lancer Enterprises, Inc. will provide, free of charge to original retail purchaser, flooring of equal weight and color and pay labor rates not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) per square yard for replacement. During the fourth through fifth years, the limited warranty shall be limited to providing the flooring for replacement. This limited warranty does not apply to fabric installed on stairs, athletic surfaces or other heavy traffic areas, color variation or changes in texture due to negligence, crushed pile, tracking, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, spills, battery acid, gasoline or petrochemicals, heavy rolling loads such as heavy carts or tool boxes, extended direct sunlight, excessive moisture (or submersion), alkaline products, mold, mildew, gypsum-based leveling or patching compounds, other faulty installation, or the application of faulty cleaning agents or maintenance methods. Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to require samples, to inspect or have inspected the product in question, and to perform tests necessary to determine the validity of the claim prior to any replacement or refund. LANCER ENTERPRISES, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The sole remedy provided by this limited warranty shall be repair or replacement of the fabric or refund of the original purchase price of fabric. Determination of repair, replacement, or refund shall be at Lancerâ€™s option. Remedies for loss of time, revenue, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of the incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
