Limited Lifetime Warranty
We take great pride in our pontoon and seating products. Each is engineered to give you many years of comfort and service. Our pontoon surround seating and many of our helm seats feature a Lifetime Warranty on the rotationally molded frames.
Our marine grade vinyls are warranted by their original manufacturer for three years. Upholstery, foam, metal, and moving parts feature a full two year warranty from date of retail purchase. These warranties do not apply in instances of intentional abuse, incorrect installation, accidents, negligence, exposure, unusual environmental issues, acts of God, unreasonable use, improper cleaning, application of finishes to protect fabric by anyone other than the fabric manufacturer, or normal wear.
All products not manufactured by Restore Pontoons.com carry the warranty of the direct manufacturer. These are generally directly executed by the manufacturer. Please note the warranty explanation for each product description. All such warranties are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer and Restore Pontoon.com accepts no direct responsibility. Please be sure that you understand your direct warranty details before purchasing.
In the event of defects on Restore Pontoon.com manufactured products:
During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced at Restore Pontoon.com's discretion without charge. If repair is deemed as covered under warranty and is necessary, authorization will be given for repair or return at the manufacturer's discretion. Any repair of product by any other company other than the manufacturer without express written authorization is strictly the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Such repairs can also void all warranties, at the manufacturer's discretion.
Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy for defective products under warranty. All incidental and consequent damages for breach of any and all expressed or implied warranties are hereby excluded. Any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the expressed warranty.

Step 2: Claims MUST include:
- Customer information - Name / Address / Day & Evening Telephone Number / E-mail
- Date of original sale and Restore Pontoon.com order number
- Description of product
- Description of defect - as much detail as possible
- Photo of product, photo of defect, photo of law tag on product.
Photos are a VITAL part of the process and MUST be provided to process claim
Return Authorization Required
Upon review and approval of the warranty claim, we will communicate to you a plan to resolve the issue. If this includes the return of product to the Restore Pontoon.com facility, a Return Authorization will be issued. No returns are accepted at our facility on a freight collect basis or without a return authorization number. Please do not attempt to do so. This will only cause further delays and costs.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Items
Restore Pontoon.com may request return of defective product for repair and return at our facility. In such cases, the customer is responsible to package and return the product or part to our facility. If inspection confirms warranty is applicable, product will be repaired and returned to customer at the expense of Restore Pontoon.com. If inspection results in a rejection of the warranty claim, the customer will be contacted for instructions. If the customer requests the return of product, he or she must pay transportation expense.
