The seats on my pontoon boat are discolored. We have used every cleaner known to man with very little results. My wife says there is a paint that you can paint them with. has anyone ever painted boat seats? Has anyone ever heard of such paint?

Never with exterior type vinyl, but I do know GM has factory match dye for it's leather interiors. We have used it with great success. Not sure how it would hold up in the sun, but it wears very well even on seat bottoms.

I've painted vinyl boat seats before! I used the rustoleum spray paint made for vinyl... Worked pretty good, clean them real good and spray them.

I have used the GM leather seat paint on wifes Suburban. Matched factory color perfectly and held up for 4 years before we sold it. It got whatever sun a car would get in normal parking lots in Louisiana.
