Ok Brian, since I don't have facebook no more, its time to get me all primed up for late Oct/early Nov fishing reports for Port Fourchon. Here's what I'm wanting (or hoping for). Some tuna if at all possible, more cobia, amberjack or whatever fish that was you gave me 2 years ago (made like big fish steaks) and I want to stock my chests with lots of speckled trout.  If not possible this year then say May next year (or April but this April SUCKED).

I miss those fishing pics you did on facebook, so start posting some of those jaunts on here man, I'm DYING. Haven't fished since early May. Heart crap and the cancer scare. I finally got assigned a new heart doc I see next month, so maybe they'll get moving on when surgery will be. I'm hoping it'll be early Oct (if they don't have to crack my chest open) but right now the heart echo is Nov which surely means early Dec, and until then, NO DRIVING for me (urrrrrrhhhhh) Angry, driving miss daisy SUCKS (especially for Sherri who puts up with my backseat driving poor thing) LOL

Oh well, we still got our late Sept Joe Wheeler trip with another couple, so I get to drive hauling the toon followed by her in the wheelchair van. Oh, I am getting a new wheelchair Thumbs Up. Hoping next year Sherri will be retired and come with me to Port Fourchon/Houma.

Alaska fishing for Salmon.  Yum!!  We use to fish below the mean low tide mark at inlets on Adak.  We used silver spider rigs and filled coolers full.  Alaska is a neat place.

Yes it is. Just realized I posted this in Charles thread and forgot to start a new one. I had trouble with pictures and resizing and got all combobulated.

wow, somehow I missed this update - where's my piece of the pie???? LOL

Well the fishing wasn't all that great, I was nauseated most of the time, didn't eat much. I'll post pictures later, got a lot of other things to do before Saturday jumps up on me. But Sherri and I decided to make another trip to Louisiana but this time to Houma LA  May 2-9,2016. My last 2 fishing trips to Port Fourchon hasn't been that great. Houma generally isn't bad, I know the holes there a little better. Maybe I'll get the pics posted up sometime tomorrow.
